Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We want you to feel confident shopping with us and are here to help if any issues arise.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. DIGITIAL ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Digital products (such as eBooks or downloadable content)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like digital products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
